It's monday again.
Time flies so fast.
Many eateries are closed on monday and i some challenge in finding some places to have my lunch.
Livin greens... came to my mind.
I ordered the ''Pumpkin brown rice set'' which is monday's daily special.
The pumpkin set consist of a bowl of pumpkin rice, salad, boiled veggie, stewed pumpkin with black fungus and tofu and a bowl of soup. I requested for no nuts and seeds and extra salad sauce. Their salad sauce is quite special as they blend this themself.
The pumpkin rice taste quite ok, with cubes of pumpkin(with skin) and shreds of mushrooms. I would actually prefer the pumpkin to be mashed in the rice. The pumpkin is quite sweet and soft.
The veggie was jus simply blanched and drizzled with sesame sauce. The salad has extra sauce which i requested for so it's yum.
I like the stewed pumpkin with black fungus. The black fungus remains crunchy and they even slice the white radish into a shape of french fries... creative!
Svc is friendly here.
After lunch, i walked ard bugis junction, bought a pair of earring & hair-clip. Went home to watch vcd.
