Brought my laptop for servcing today.
After which i went to have lunch @ Itacho sushi.
The svc staff there is really very friendly. I had the grilled salmon belly and yellowtail head and took-away a japanese cheesecake. It was so mini and looks like an egg-tart to me. While i was shopping ard level b2, i discovered dr-cafe which carries some mouth-watering cakes. I quickly snapped a picture but was a blurry one. Actually i inteneded to have the blackforest to go. However, the staff told me to show him the photo that i took as they told me photo-taking is no allowed and demand me to delete the photo. Of course i would never allow them to do so. I wanted to pay for the cake but they ''DEMAND'' me to delete the photo. I jus walked away, without getting the cake. Although it looks so pretty and i wanted to try it but i wouldnt allow them to touch my camera. In the first place, they should have placed a signboard that states'' PHOTOTGRAPHY IS PROHIBITED'' and not demand the customer to delete the picture. What is wrong in taking pictures?

I was quite pissed off and would definately go back again but this time i would hide my camera and hopefull the fxxkxxg person would not be working.

Went to jb today
but i took a bus to crystal crown hotel.
There's a popular jap restauarant there hence i decided to try it out.
I had a seafood tepanyaki. I requested to take out the prawns n sotong n include a pc of fish. Initially they wanted to charge me another $5, but i said i took out the seafood so it's resonable for me not to pay additional charges. Well, they did not chatge me the $5.

Mooncake festival is coming & i can see season's cafe, lavender cakeshop al selling mooncakes. Initially i told the person i wanted a ham and nuts mooncake but when i was abt to pay for other things, they didnt know i had the mooncake. I didnt even bother to tell them as they didnt take the initiative to ask. The ppl frm lavender cakeshop really sux.

Coffeebean is having promotion on brownies. Well, i did not like brownies as they contain walnuts n is dry... after all they r new so i decided to get the rocky road which look the most pleasing among the 4 flavours. I also had a trans-fat peach cream cake frm secret recipe. After my shopping, im too tired so went home to rest.

Finally i visit chef icon nature bakery today.
It's tucked at the corner of kampong bahru rd thus i walked a distance frm neil rd.
The interior is pretty small and there's a small n cosy cafe located @ the basement.
Choices are limited there. They actually cater to orders for the chocolate trovana n new york cheesecake so i didnt get to try that. I had several katrina cup mousse which consists if chocolate, cheese and white chocolate with blueberry,cranberries and rice pop. The guy who own the cup said that i looked very young yet i knew alot and we chatted. He insist of using natural products such as real blueberries and told me that the colourful and pretty cakes that we get outside are made using colourings and flavourings. I didnt deny that fact but some ppl really take pride in making their products well and assure quality. He even showed me the orders that he have got. Oh well, i jus listen to him and kept quiet.

After which i went to beppu jap @ far east sq to have my luncg b4 proceeding to Chan brothers to book a tour package. I need to take a break and it's my goal and wish to go on a holiday this yr. Although there's attachment, but who cares? I have made a firm decision to book a tour package to travel with my mom as i knew she wanted to travel to china to view the scenery there. I book the tour package that goes to Jiu Zha Gou. PPl must be wondering y i didnt get the jap tour or korea tour. Seriously i wanted to get that but i know that i must be flithy rich to go japan & on the other hand, korea doesnt appeal to me as i do not like their culture....

After which i had a hard time finding Onicupcakes boutique. When i was abt to gave up searching, the boutique apear right in front of my eyes so i went in to get a ''PURE INDULGENCE''. The staff there actually asked me why i didnt come for such a long time and i answered '' I cannot find ur shop''. lol...... :)

The oreo cheesecake frm The pie shoppe is pretty good. It's rich in cheese and has lots of oreo flavour. I like the chocolate mint frm Peaberry as the chocolate used is very smooth and the refreshing mint!

Today i went to siglap to visit montreux cafe and bistro
I bought a chocolate truffle frm Montreux cafe and went to montreux bistro to get the strawberry shortcake. The difference between them is that one is selling lunch and cakes while the bistro specialises in bread and cakes. They also supply to hotels and cafes.

Went back to joo chiat and ate salmon belly @ waraku and bought a cheesecake frm Temptations. Argggh, im tired!

The idiotic laptop is driving me crazy!!!
It kept shutting down whenever i trun on.
I gona send it for servicing tmr.
I have to use another laptop for daily uses. However that out-dated ibm laptop of mine is useless! It's damn slow and when i was abt to post my blog, it identifies some problem and it shut down! Nxxbey! i had to use another laptop which is my dad's gf's laptop. Luckily this is working fine.

The cakes frm Pure Eddiciton is rich and good. I like the new york cheese and chocolate fudge cake. The new york cheese is rich and salty in every taste and there's a layer of sponge in between. The chocolate fudge on the other hand, is very very rich and fudgy. The downside is the walnuts added which i had to spit it out one by one. However this is one of the better chocolate fudge that i had tasted so far.

I went to west coast plaza today. I planned to dine @ paradise inn but i was too early so i decided skip that. I had an oreo cheesecake frm THE PIE SHOPPE and after sch i went to peaberry & pretzel to get some cakes. I was quite disappointed to see only a few cakes on display. They told me they do not have any more new cakes as they are now specialising in smoothies and ice-creams. I had the chocolate mint and i think it's gona be the last time im coming here. I walked towards balmoral bakery and was surprised to see a brand new look. The ''old-school'' bakery shop has transformed into a mordern bakery and even air-conditioned. I couldnt resist getting something here. I think i would have to come back here again to explore.
