Today is uncle's funeral ceremony.
We set off to old airport rd to send his last journey.
Tears rolled down my mom's n relatives cheeks as they were too emotional.
We took a last look @ him... he had a pink coloured pearl pined on his mouth.
Im not too sure wat is that for but i somehow guess it must be important for the corpse. We offered joss sticks and prayed to him & by 11am, he was sent to
Mandai Crematorium & Columbarium Complex. Everything happened very fast! We cling onto the rail bar... looking at the person-in charge wheeled the coffin out. We all started crying & getting emotional. Mom has initally wanted to visit uncle a few months ago & she could fork out any time & jus only a few months, such tragedy would happen. He was burnt in jus a few minutes...

After which my dad took us to upper thomson to have lunch. I had the orange brownie from baker's story and ate @ Hooked. Set-off to orchard to get the Big mountain chocolate fudge from Black angus. Too bad they didnt have this @ the fair in isetan.

I guess this is fate and we cant change that. We must try to live in day with no regrets.

Every wed i would go definately go to Tampopo deli to get the Salmon Belly.
That's my fav.....it's huge and oily.

I received a phone call from Hotel Rendezvous and it was a missed call.
I called back and they told me to wait for the caller to call back as they have 50 phone lines. I wanted to secure a place in the hskping dept there.

Went to sch late & i thought it was late. However, miss lim was not in class yet and i assume she's not in school. School is bore,a waste of time. I wished to catch a movie with huiming as i have gotten 2 free movie tickets and haven got the time to watch it. She's not working today and when i sms her, im alr on the way to sch. If i knew earlier, i would skip sch!!!

Finally i called back the hotel and that's a good news. However, i didnt indicate whether i want hskping/ FRONT office and they assume i chose the latter. Too bad they only accept Front office trainee and i, ''ONLY'' want hsking. I reconsider going for interview. Although it's jus an attachment of 6 months, i really do not want to work mid-night shift and tire myself out. I rather wait for other hotels to do hsking work. Worse case, jus go back to sch everyday to do projects!.

Istean is having a US Fair starting today to 14 August.
I'll get to taste lots stuff from USA. THE serving size are huge and this explains why the americans are so big-sized. I bought an oreo cake from Black angus and sausages. Royal Plaza on Scotts is also promoting their american bronwie and new york cheesecake. I didnt buy from them as i was attrated to the cakes @ black angus.
Oh well, try it next wk.

There were project discussions in school and we had everything planned. Jus hope that everything goes well next fri. I realised that time is running on.... with events coming up and projects!!! I wanna take a break!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went to Han's tasty town to get some cakes.
I had the chocolate brownie cheese.
Th chocolate souffle looks ...... yummy to me
However the staff recommended me the chocolate brownie cheese.

After which i went to coffee dessert bar & there's only 1 cake there- choc oreo mint cake. I had no choice but to get there. It was greenish in clour so it looks a little off.

I actually wanted to take some pictures but who knows! My camera has no more batt! I have a spare batt but it's also no batt!!! WTF...... it's really unlucky. I managed to take some shots though.

This morning i received a phone call- it was a shocking news!
My 2nd uncle has passed away! When i heard this, i was stunned & shocked.
Mum is not ard as she went for some event @ the CC.
I phoned my aunt and told her the news & she was, shocked as well.
Mum has been feeling depressed and moody ever since my aunt and my first uncle passed away and now my 2nd uncle passed away as well. It must be a tormenting moment for her. I hope she will get over it...

Mom wanted to see my uncle's corpse and they went to their house and i, went to JB
I think it's inappropriate for me to visit him as he has just passed away. I went to massage my leg, shop and go home. I was not feeling good either- in my heart, im thinking of how to help mum overcome this and how to console her.

Well, perhaps i would be busy attending his funeral for the next few days so.....

Went to t.bahru mkt with mum n dad
Bought lots of fish n veggies...
The auntie selling fish is kind enough to gave me a free pkt of fish skins!

After which i went to centre-ps as i saw a new creation added while surfing their website yesterday. However the Chi-miu miu(jap cheesecake) is not available and i had the eclipse instead.

Was feeling a little hungry so i went to robertson quay.
I had lunch @ Suigasawa japanese restaurant.
Ate fried blowfish n some minced beef with pork.
Went to liang court, again bought fish...
I thought nectarie open @ 12pm but when i reached there, nth was available
& the staff told me the cakes would arrive @ abt 1pm. I went shopping @ The central, bought a handbag for mum n walked back again to get the hazelnut chocolate mousse. I felt that their cake selection seems to have decreased. Oh well, i gonna try all.

My LCD Tv is arriving later so im going to wait .
